Not able to deactivate Subtitles in Streaming Video

Hi,

after TVOS10 upgrade on my (german) Apple TV 4 Gen, each US TV App now shows subtitles. I have turned of the subtitles in the info menue, I also switched off the subtitles in the system settings. I can change the appearence of the subtitles, but I am not able to deactivate them. Maybe a bug of TVOS 10? Need your held and ideas. Thanks!
